Ladies and Gentlemen,

I hope you all had a great summer season of tennis and are ready to begin the new season next month at the Marion Indoor Tennis Club. We have an exciting season planned and we can't wait to get started.

This winter season we will have many special events as well as the usual round robins and junior programs. Email updates will be coming over the next couple of weeks. The Junior Program registration will begin on-line on September 12th at 9:00am. Please be sure you are registered on the website and you remember your user name and password in order to register. If you have forgotten the user name or password please email chick@marionindoortennis.com or call me 508 748 2889 over the next couple of weeks and I will email it right out. There will be junior programs for children from 4- 18 years. We are excited to begin our new season.

Reserved contract time begins on September 12th.  Please print and fill out the reserved Court contract form available on the homepage at www.marionindoortennis.com . There is a worksheet as well to help you breakdown the costs for each member of your group. Each reserved court time must have a filled out form the first day of the court time. All membership fees and court fees remain the same as last year. Please appoint someone in your group to submit the form. If you have any questions regarding this process please call me at 508 245 0238 or 508 748 2889.

Please remember the membership fee of $185.00 and 1/2 or your reserved court fee is due on or before the first night of your court time. Any changes after the first form is submitted must be done by submitting a revised form. I appreciate your help on this as we simplify the process, which will allow us to focus on offering more programs and reduce unnecessary paperwork. The courts have been re-painted and the club is undergoing a roof replacement as I write this, so the courts should remain the finest in the area for many years to come.
