Description

The 3&Me lesson is an hour and a half doubles match with coaching in between points. There will be 3 players on each court and our Head Pro Karsten and Assistant Pro Sailor Nordstrom as the 4th players. We play regular sets with ads and switch partners for each new set. 

The 3&Me lessons are the one of the best ways to learn and take your game to the next level! Playing in a real match setting along with the coaching makes for a more real life experience and helps improve mental toughness on the court.
